How to Design a Physical Security Device, System, or Program
In the Vulnerability Assessment Team at Los Alamos National Laboratory, we see a lot of repeated mistakes and common vulnerabilities in a wide assortment of physical security devices and systems. This includes tags, seals, lock boxes, key cabinets, GPS cargo tracking, video systems, ID badges, biometrics and other access control devices. This talk offers practical advice on how to make security products more resistant to spoofing and attack. The talk is intended for designers and manufacturers of security products, as well as end users who want to better understand security vulnerabilities and choose products more effectively.
Presenting Speaker:Dr. Roger G. Johnston, PH.D., CPP, Team Leader, Los Alamos National Laboratory
