In today's work environment, the risk of violence presents itself in a variety of challenging scenarios. This session focuses on potential perpetrators who either have an employment relationship, or who have an existing or prior relationship with an employee. It explores a potential perpetrator's characteristics, risk factors associated with those who commit violence, and strategies ​for case management--including high-risk case situations.
