In today's work environment, the risk of violence presents itself in a
variety of challenging scenarios. This session focuses on potential
perpetrators who either have an employment relationship, or who have
an existing or prior relationship with an employee. It explores a
potential perpetrator's characteristics, risk factors associated with
those who commit violence, and strategies for case
management--including high-risk case situations. The session concludes
with a case exercise where you apply both the presentation material
and your practical experience.
