There are few skills more important to the fact-finder than the
ability to obtain information through effective interviewing. When
properly conducted, interviews yield invaluable information and when
appropriate, admissions of guilt. This session will introduce and
demonstrate the most common interview techniques used by today's most
successful fact-finders. Learn when and where investigative interviews
should be conducted, as well as the methods to conduct them properly
and ethically. Receive the tools and techniques to overcome denials,
selective memories, and uncooperative personalities.
