| The International Ship and Port Facility Security Code must be implemented during June 2004 at the latest. What measurements should be given priority? What is a must and what consists in merely following the rules? How will certain issues be accepted by port users, customers and multi-national shipping crews with different view points? How is the shipping, cargo and transportation industry, including shippers and receivers, involved? A must for all those being affected directly or indirectly. | |||
