The conditions in which they can be fully motivated to offer the best of themselves, acting always with the appropriate autonomy level, should be created. Leaders care for people, but at the same time need to look at cutting costs, improving productivity, quality and customer service. Being sucessful as a leader means being more and more committed to solve the most demanding problems, and also constructing the conditions necessary for ensuring the future progress of your Organisation. | |||
